He said that State Government is committed for the health of poor and last men of the State. As per the decision taken by the state government, quality medicines will be available at 30 to 80 % lower rates than from general medicine stores.
CM visited generic store and gave medicines to the patients. In these 52 newly opened stores about 1500 to 2000 life saving medicines is made available. In the second phase, these facilities will be expanded in more than 500 stores.
CM added that State Government is serious about education and health of the state. State Government is constantly trying as to how education and health services can be made cheaper, so that it can be affordable by poor and needy people of the state and State Government will also announce health policies shortly. He expressed confidence that these policies will be more useful to increase seats from 3400 to 7000 in medical education.
Mr. Rupani launched Google play store mobile application named “G-Dava” so that people can get information about Generic medicines. He even added that State Government will always take initiative against the issues faced by people of the state.
